IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- All WS are requested to please update their profile information which include important filed required for enabling payouts.
- Please input AMAZON VPA ID, update EMAIL ID.
- UDAAN Program is the program for wholesaler being run by Reckitt Benckiser India (P) Limited.
- COLORGENICS manages the redemption and reward fulfilment on behalf of Reckitt Benckiser India (P) Limited.
- WS means WHOLESALER enrolled into the program by Reckitt Benckiser India (P) Limited.
Wallet Limits
- Full KYC- 100,000/- (Rupees 1 Lakh) at any given point in time, maximum load of (Rupees 5 Lakh) 500,000/- in a month.
- Minimum KYC- 10,000/- (INR 10 Thousand) at any given point in time per month.
- Usage Limits
- Full KYC customers who have enabled UPI Service on their Amazon Pay balance: Money account will be eligible to transact at all payment aggregator/ partner / merchant sites that accept UPI Service.
- Fund transfers from the Full KYC customer's Amazon Pay balance: Money account to a bank account or another wallet is also permissible as per applicable limits/ terms.
- Any amount of purchase will be deducted from your Amazon Pay balance: Money account if balance is available.
- FULL KYC account can transfer the amount (SEND MONEY) from APB Wallet to their respective bank accounts.
- Send Money limits:
- A maximum of 20 bank transfers per day.
- Monthly transfer limit of INR 500,000/-.
- You can only transact up to a maximum of INR 5,000 within 24 hours from your 1st successful transaction, including the 1st transaction through the UPI handle linked to the Amazon Pay balance: Money account. Below illustrative scenarios detail out this limit:
- Scenario 1: In case your first APB UPI transaction amounts to INR 5,000, you will not be able to undertake any additional UPI transaction within the next 24 hours from this transaction.
- Scenario 2: In case your first APB UPI transaction is INR 2,000 (for example), you will be able to undertake additional UPI transactions upto INR 3,000 within the next 24 hours from this transaction.
- No cash withdrawal will be permitted at any point in time, to any customer.
Wallet Terms and Condition
- WS need to share the Amazon Pay VPA handle/ UPI ID for enabling fund transfer.
- Such VPA handle will be "mobilenumber@amazonpay" or any other UPI ID.
- Reckitt Benckiser will share the VPA handles for all Wholesalers with Colorgenics.
- In case if a customer doesn't have FULL KYC AMAZON VPA Handle they can get the same from Amazon Application (Mobile)
- Amazon Pay Balance standard terms and condition shall apply for all Amazon Pay Balance usage and disbursement.

WS Redemption Terms and Condition
- Reckitt WS will redeem the points allocated to them against Udaan Program by Reckitt Benckiser (P) Limited for Amazon Pay Balance.
- Such redemption option (Payout) is available on portal www.reckittudaan.in
- Colorgenics will disburse payout within 7 business days once WS confirms to have a Valid Amazon VPA ID.
- WS should update the VPA ID on the profile page.
- Colorgenics team will initiate calls to respective WS to inform them about the disbursement of redeemed points in their Amazon Pay Balance.
- Such information will be done in order to avoid failure cases due to existing funds in the Amazon Pay Wallet.
- Those who are not on Amazon Pay wallet or their Amazon Pay Balance is inactive, Colorgenics will work as bridge between Reckitt WS and Amazon to on-board them.
- Colorgenics initiate calls to Reckitt WS holding minimum KYC wallet to get their Amazon Pay Balance converted to FULL KYC wallet.
- As per guidelines below are the threshold limit of Amount in wallet.
- For minimum KYC - 10000/- in a Month
- For FULL KYC - 100000/- at any given point of time.
- Payout disbursement will take 48 to 72 hours post document collection and KYC verification.
- On successful credit of payout, the respective Reckitt WS will receive transaction SMS from their respective Bak Account/Amazon.
- All the Payouts will be made on Reckitt WS registered UPI/VPA ID which is provided or confirmed by Reckitt Benckiser.
- If WS wants payout on any other UPI ID (registered on Amazon Pay Balance) instead, Colorgenics will inform Reckitt Benckiser.
- Reckitt Benckiser to share written confirmation over the email for document purpose for all such cases.
- Post confirmation from Reckitt Benckiser, Colorgenics will disburse the amount.
- There is a capping in wallet an individual can keep maximum 1 lakh rupees in his wallet.
